Swan Finance Ltd is a mid market finance & strategy advisory firm focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Institutional Debt and Strategic Advisory services for public and private companies. Since 2001 SWAN has closed 50+ deals across industries and geographies.

We are an associate firm of Swan Finance Pvt. Ltd. – a registered NBFC that offers a complete suite of financial services including retail lending products like mortgages, investment products like insurance & mutual funds, audit & tax, project finance etc. Swan currently manages portfolio of about $30M for Family Offices, along with $100M AUM for 3000+ retail clients.

Our Team

Mr. Pramod Saraf is a CFPcm, MBA (Finance), CFA (Level-2) and a Graduate In Commerce. He has a post qualification experience of around 2 decades. Interacting with Institutions / HNI’s and equivalent groups is his prime fort area. The main domain work is with respect to designing / implementing / managing the wealth creation portfolio.

inaniMr. B.P. Inani is a merit-holder Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow member of ICAI with 25+ yrs of organizational experience. Having worked with Ernst & Young and Eicher Motors, he co-founded Swan business in 1999. The firm has since grown from strength-to-strength, becoming the most significant player in financial advisory in Central India.

mrhkMr. Harish Khandelwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He has a great practical understanding of assessing the financial strength and valuing the fundamentals of clients and target companies. His strong documentation capabilities and attention to details of various legal terms have ensured almost zero defaults in debt deals.
